White kitchens are timeless yet on-trend, sophisticated yet simple. White creates an airiness that feels cheerful, and it goes with just about any style or space. And while it’s true that white kitchens are everywhere these days, there are an infinite number of ways to customize the look and make it feel unique and original. For proof, we combed through the top white kitchen design ideas on our Houzz profile (based on the number of impressions the photo received, how many clicks it got, and how many times each photo was saved to an Idea Book.) The style is diverse, and the projects are both new and old, and the elements range from cabinets to backsplashes to stonework.

A truly classic design, this kitchen is nearly all white, from the cabinetry, to the backsplash, to the countertops.
Though this bar area isn’t technically a kitchen, it shows another popular element, all-white window-front cabinets.
This lovely all-white space features a one-of-a-kind backsplash design, which gives it an original feel.
Here, white cabinets, polished nickel hardware, and two elaborate chandeliers create a space that will always feel sophisticated.
White cabinets and warm wood tones give this beach house kitchen a nautical feel.
White works on the opposite end of the style spectrum, too, like in the ultra-modern, minimalistic white and gray kitchen.
