March 23rd, 2016 | Kitchens

Boston’s South End neighborhood is known for its brick-lined streets and rows of charming brownstones. And while many of these spaces look classic from the outside, inside many of them are anything but. The South End is a hip, trendy area attracts masses of young, stylish, creative types who appreciate the history of the neighborhood, but desire a far more modern aesthetic than its traditional construction can offer. In fact, the South End is one of our most popular neighborhoods for clients looking to modern kitchen design.

Such was the case in a recent kitchen renovation on one of the South End’s most quintessential streets. From the outside, the home is the epitome of classic Boston architecture, but in the kitchen, the homeowner wished for something that was 100 percent present day.
